Desperate help needed

Hi Guys

I had to reset my phone today to factory settings lost lot of bits now trying to put it back to how i had it.

Now had beutiful widgets sure i paid for it have i lost it now??? also had the moving weather from it in the drop down window at top cant seem to get it on that now??? plus had the moving app draw in launcher now no longer there do i need to reroot it as that seems not to be working also

Gutted only backed up some older apps not sure if my paid for ones are there.

You will need to re-download all the apps you had and set them up again after doing the factory reset. Any paid for apps will show up in the market as paid for, so you will be able to download them again. You will also need to set up you google account again.

Had the app meno in a really cool 3d draw type system not sure how i got it though?? any ideas how i had the weather in the top drop down window please? also the app draw?

Did you mean menu? if you did, launcher pro has a 3D app draw. You can get the free version of launcher pro from the market, it has loads of customisation options. Also a good idea to download Home Switcher, makes it easier to switch between home launchers..

Some weather apps allow you to set notifications that show up in the notification bar at the top. Which weather app do you have?

Keeps saying need to communicate with google servers then times out ahhhhhhh this is doing my head in cant reconnect to app store.

Have you set up your Google account again?

no trying to sign in with old account mate, tried from new also

Keeps saying "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server"

God this is mad!!!!!!!!!!! always worked perfectly.

How are you trying to connect? WiFi or over data connection. If WiFi you will need to re-enter the settings for your router into the phone. If your old settings are still in the phone, long press on your connection name and select forget, reboot phone and router and then re-enter the settings in the phone. If data, you will need to check you APN settings, menu>settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks>Access Point Names. You can get the APN's by typing the following into a Google search>APN(your networks name)3G

Hi mate
Over wifi, thing is browser is working fine and emails from my non googlemail account..tried all you have said no different takes ages then times out!!!
Anyone help before i throw this phone at the wall lol.

Is your Gmail account working? if it's not, then the fact that the market isn't working would suggest it's a problem with the google servers being down. Might be worth leaving for tonight and trying tomorrow.
