    Voodoo sound

    Hi,i've just gone back to stock froyo from darks 9.5 and i'm fine with it apart from i'd like the voodoo sound back to boost the volume on the music player,my question is how do i go about it!? Thanks in advance!

    There is more info IN THIS THREAD which you should read but (a) that probably points to an old version of VooDoo, make sure you get the latest and (b) it will depend on which version of Stock Froyo you have gone back to, or more specifically which version of the recovery console you have.

    I can't seem to apply any updates or anything in the recovery mode,what am i doing wrong? I am on froyo 2.2.1 xxjpy

    I've only ever flashed the VooDoo kernel using Odin, and never on a stock ROM. There's nothing to say it wouldn't go over stock 2.2.1, I've just never tried it. Maybe someone else here has?

    And to go back to "non-voodoo" you would need a stock Kernel to flash back over.

    Does anyone know when voodoo sound will be available for sg3? Does it work well for increasing volume levels? I find the volume isnt loud enough on this phone particularly when using bluetooth headphones.
