    Apple filing suit over Galaxy S

    Apparently now Apple has filed a patent and trademark infringement suit against Samsung. Seems like these days they are filing suit against every and anyone.

    Yep! Apple seem to be suing just about all their competition. Guess they've realised their product isn't as good as they thought and are trying to reduce competition. They might have shot themselves in the foot this time though as Samsung provide apple with the A4 and A5 processors!

    Its taken them a long time. But why now? The first iphone look Samsung would have been the Omnia i900....that was some time ago now.

    One can only guess at Apple's madness. Maybe to try to throw the SGS line under the bus prior to the release of Galaxy 2. I know at least here in Japan, the SGS is the most popular smart phone. Jealousy perhaps...

    I always thought LG supplied the screens for apple.

    Most of the comments seem to be apple vs Android and if apple win I still won't be buying an iphone until they bring out something new aged and not just re-invented
