    Unhappy Loses the internet connection

Just bought the 19000S. Have set the correct (I think) info into Access Point Names but when I select the internet browser off applications, I get the "Web page not available message". Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

If you have access to the router, can you see the phone's mac address in the DHCP client list?

You can get the correct APN's from your network provider, just call them and ask them to send them to your phone via a text message, read message, delete it then reboot your phone.

One good choice is always to boot the router a couple of times too.

And if you can access to the controls page of the router with the phone, the settings of the router are wrong somehow. Try to reset the router then.
