Red icon in top left hand corner

I have had my phne for about a week and have managed t smehow fill up the memory and have gt a red icn in the top left hand corner of the phone.

If I try to use the phone i get messages such as 'the appication logsprovider (process com.sec.android.provider.logsprovider) has stopped unexpectantly. Please try again'

I also get a similar message when trying to text.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Delete some data off your phone and buy a bigger sd card.

check that out if you want to see what happened to me..

delete your text messages, and delete a bunch of apps, im sure theres a bunch you dont use, just keep deleting them until the icon goes away. actually on second thought, read that link
