Hi!
It may be a dumb question, but is there a way to pick one of the inicial screens to be the main one? When you hit the main button the screen jump to the 1 screen, how can I choose it so it goes to the number 4 (the middle one)?
Thanks!

Have a look at THIS THREAD by the mighty Goots.
It shows you how to install the 5 icon TWLauncher, you need root permission though.
With this launcher you press the home key and it defaults to the middle screen, your apps are sorted alphabetically and everything rotates to landscape when you move your phone to landscape. Highly recommended.
EDIT: BTW, I use Super Manager, which is free, instead of Root Explorer, which is not.

Thanks, man. I was actually trying to do it without rooting. I'm kinda afraid of doing it and losing assistence and such.
You'd be surprised how painless rooting is and how much more freedom you have over your phone.
You can root, do your thing, then remove root. It's just a method to access your phone's vital bits.
I agree with v300. Loads of things you can do Danillaco, and if you're reading this forum, then you're not a casual user, but someone who's looking to do more with your device. The first step is always the biggest...

Dunno if I'm missing something really simple here, but I just cannot figure out a way to skip songs on my SGS2, without unlocking the screen.
On my old Sony Ericsson phone I could just hold long-press Volume Up or Volume Down to skip backwards and forwards. On the SGS2, this just turns the volume all the way up or down.
Is there a way to do this?
If I plug my phone in using USB it automatically goes into Kies mode. I can turn it off by selecting "USB debugging" under Applications >> Development but that's a pain when I'm trying to transfer files. Is there any other way to do it?
(I did try to start a new thread but it wouldn't let me!)
Err Yes.
Turn off USB debugging, then goto Settings > Wireless and Network > USB Settings > Choose your option (Ask on connection is best if you also want to use kies)![]()
