Kies: Cancel task in progress!!!

I have an i9000m...upgraded android and kies. I can connect to kies and sync my contacts/schedule but when I click on contacts/schedule to view or edit I get a notification window that pops up with the following msg.: Cancel task in progress

The thing is, I haven't cancelled any tasks...when I 'x' the window it just keeps popping back up in an infuriating loop. In order to stop the whole thing, I have to 'x' the notification window and very quickly close out of Kies before another notification window pops up. This is crazy...what's going on?! Any help, greatly appreciated...thanks in advance.

Update: I can sync my Music, Photos and Videos but not my Contacts

I put the same question on Xda forums for some one who has the same problem , but no solutions yet.
I think that it has some thing to do with a corrupt contact and if it happened to me i would backup all my contacts Export to SD then i would clear them all and just add a couple of contacts then try it again, if that does not work you can import you contacts back.
If Win7 try running Kies in compatability mode , other than that it seems a common problem.

Or maybe this is a certain Firmware Rom bug.
Reply with all relevent data i.e firmware version , Pc Operating system maybe people with same problem will form a link to find the error

I am currently using firmware 2.2 and my PC is windows 7 32bit

Ok sort it.

First I uninstalled Kies, rebooted PC then reinstalled Kies.

Second export all contacts to SD card

Third delete all contacts on sim and phone and then take the battery out and restart phone

Finally imported all contacts from SD card and then removed SD card and formated it on PC and remounted it.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!
