Help!

I have noticed that when I receive a sms on my Galaxy S, it displays only the time stamp when the message was received -not when it was sent! In the past I've used Motorola phones, and they show the time stamp when the messages were sent, not received. This is preferable.
My question: Is there a way to get the Galaxy S to show the time when the message was sent, rather then received??

isnt it only like a 5 second delay anyway? well as far as i know, theres no way to change that on this phone =[

This has been asked here before, and there is an app available which does that, but I'm sorry I can't remember which one it is - maybe handcent sms ?

Sora - If i sent you a text and your phone was turned off, you wouldn't get it until the next day, but you might prefer to know when I sent it rather than when you got it
