Recently started occurrence for the sgs - when I make or receive calls I can't hang up when its finished. I press the red 'end call' button, the phone makes the noise and goes to home screen but does not end the call! I can still hear the connection and there's a little green phone flashing in the top left corner indicating the call is still active.

Any thoughts on what causes this and more importantly how to fix it?
