Problems sending emails & attachments on phone

    Hi,

I'm having problems sending emails and sending any attachments using the email application on the galaxy s. I have google mail account. Now when I use WI-FI sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. I never had this issue with iphone and I don't understand why its teh case with galaxy s. I set up google mail just like you would set up any email on the phone by following the simple instructions. Any ideas what I need to do? Also when taking photos and then going to "share photos via email" , this doesn't work either when sending photo attachments.

Just had a quick try and it worked for me. It sounds like it could be an issue with the account you setup. Have you tried deleting the account and setting it up account.

yes, I have already done this, still doesn't work. Mind you its a bit silly factory resetting the phone just to delete a google mail account.

You don't need to do a factory reset to delete an account. Just delete it?
