    Cut & paste from email

Does anyone know how you can cut and paste from an incoming email using the built in mail application (not gmail - the exchange one). I sometimes want to forward bits of a mail to a colleague without forwarding the whole thing but can't seem to find a way to do it.

i havent used the email app yet, but if its the same as everything else in the phone, just long press the text, and itll prompt you to 'copy'. but if that doesnt work then id suggest clicking 'forward' and then long pressing, 'select all', and then 'copy'

When I forward an email the "quoted text" is not part of the text entry block but part of a separate display element. Long pressing on it does nothing so there are no options to change it or cut anything from it. This is not the gmail app but the other mail application for Exchange mail.

I'll have a look around the appstore for alternative email clients which support Exchange. I've looked at touchdown but hated the interface. I'll keep looking.
