anyway back to your question SFW, my battery also last like maximum of two days and under heavy usage it would only last for around 5-8hours,
when you are using wifi mode it would drain you battery heavily, and if you leave your auto updates/ auto sync on it would kill your battery further.

By the way there are some other people who have posted some tips on how to increase your battery life HERE. but still IMO the best solution is to buy a spare battery and a desktop charger, then you wouldn't have to worry that your battery would die on you while
you are in a place with no plug. Being able to change battery IMO is one of the advantage SGS have over iPhone also, this is also one of the reason
why i chose to buy SGS instead of iPhone4. I got myself two spare batteries, so I never worries about empty bat.
    Hey scytherjoe,

preety much, nothing running in the background, usually check for tasks whenever i check the phone for messages/calls, no live wallpaper, black background, no animations, brightness settings to manual and no auto-adjustment, sounds off apart from ringtones and notifications, data off unless i want it on.
Usually goes down 1% every 6/7 hours if i dont do anything with it.

Seems like many of us have the problem. I want to buy a spare battery and charger so I always have a full battery. Does anyone know where you can buy a GENUINE Samsung battery and charger in the UK. I have looked around and can only find "compatibles" ?
