I've looked at those before but I don't think I'd be able to handle the extra bulkiness. It would be nice to have if you were going on a long trip without much access to charging, though.

I have one of these and swear by it... I bought it for my partner's phone, and she was concerned about the extra weight/shape, but got used to it very quickly. Minimise your time spent tethered to a charger! If you view the video on youtube, there's a purchase link in the description... much cheaper than the price you're looking at paying

I think the fat battery is worth buying. The back cover is much firmer to hold and the extra weight is actually a good thing compared to the original cover. If you don't use any silicon cover, that is.

I use the fat boy when travelling. It doesn't last quite twice as the one I use regularly, but clearly longer anyway. And it takes a long time to charge...

    I got mine from DX.

I had one of the 3500mah batteries (with the slightly bigger, oddly shaped matt back) and it was faulty; lasted about 1 hour then wouldnt accept charge. After getting refunded I instead bought the 3000mah battery (which included a flush, shiny back) and noticed straight away that it was bigger than the 3500mah (makes no sense right? My guess is that the 3500mah wasn't a true rating at all). I have been using the 3000mah since and love it, it provides loads more power (and coupled with juice defender, its a godsend), so I would personally recommend the 3000mah with the flush, smooth case.

    Go on then, from where?

EDIT: No, wait. You mean the back that's still bigger, but bigger all over, without the bulge, with the reported shadows for the camera? Why don't these things have bigger batteries? Ours is 7.4mm thick. Ooh, so thin, but the battery lasts 3 minutes. Yeah but it's 7.4mm thick and the competition is 7.6mm thick. We win. Big deal...

I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)

I have a larger capacity battery for my SGS and it is excellent.

The extra size in my opinion actually improves the phone in that it is easier to hold. The replacement back cover is not slippery like the original, so less chance of dropping it.

I am very pleased with it.

Not sure if I have the same one that was mentioned in this thread, I got mine from Dino.com, in china I think it was.

Battery cost under £5 with free delivery but I paid for faster delivery.

Any such thing as a bigger case to cover the bulk? I have the casemate TOUGH case, but not even that will cover the extra bulk of a 3000mAh battery... I'd be ever-cautious of dropping my phone without its case!

    Hello.

    Are there differences in quality?
    C $ 6.47 (€ 4.64):

    And here, only 3000mah for € 10.10?:
    http://cgi.ebay.de/3000MAH-EXTREME-B...item3a68d68b0d

Or other (between or after these):
    http://shop.ebay.de/i.html?_nkw=%28g....c0.m270.l1313

At what price will change the quality?
    Please recommend me a product.
Or have all the same quality?
Can I buy the cheapest one?

    Thanks...
