Hi I got the galaxy since 5 days now and I have problems with the sound quality.

When I listen to music, I got some cracking noises, white noises. With and without the headphones...

At first i thought maybe because it was m4a files so I converted them to mp3 but i still have the same problem, I also send a file on my phone memory card and not the external card ( in case it was a problem with my external card) but still nothing.

It's weird cause some songs works fine and some don't.

Could someone please help with it??? Thanks
