Kies not installing

I trying to install Kies but once the installer begins it starts installing an addon for outlook(a .cab file) it takes too long and when it reachs 6% it takes for ever .and thats it though i have a high bandwidth connection so this is not the problem.

I've tried to install it on another computer and same case there..any help ?

And what other free software i can find to sync my mobile?

Hi, got the same problem. Here's what i've done to get it to install

1- Download the Kies_win.exe from Samsung
2- Extract the content of the Kies_Win.exe (unzip), do not double-click on it. You need to extract it as if it was a .zip file.
3- Download and install .Net framework 3.5 from microsoft web site, reboot
4- Download and install the WMFDist11_WindowsXP file, reboot
5- In the folder you extracted in step 2, go to \Kies_Win\ExternalFile, install OutlookAddInSetup2007.msi. No reboot needed.
6- You're ready to run the Kies Installer. Go to \Kies_Win folder and run setup.exe

That should do it.
