All you need to do is open the app and then select Headphone Amplifier, move the slider up to increase the headphone volume. If it doesn't work then you will most likely need to flash a custom rom to get the voodoo app to work. The custom rom will have a kernel which is needed to make use of the app.

If the Voodoo app doesn't work:

You can also use service/Engineer commands to adjust your volume.
**These were found using google, if dialing *#6984125*# works then be careful, remember which settings you have changed and by how much**

    Samsung phones.
    Dial *#6984125*#
Test menu dial *#9072641*# (You need this one i think.)
Click 5 Audio - 2 AP volume config

Now you see zie je 4 things:
    1 RCV config
    2 EAR config
    3 SPK config
    4 BTH config

    Now you see this:
    1 MP volume
    2 Keytone volume
    3 Ringtone volume
    4 Rec volume
    5 FM radio volume
    6 Camera volume
    7 Voice call volume
    8 Vt call volume
    9 Voice memo volume

    ( SPK = Speaker )( Ear = Headset )

    Tune Headset volume:
    *#9072641*# - 2 EAR config - 3 Ringtone volume - Stap 6 tune it to 10
    Tune movie volume:
    *#9072641*# - 3 SPK config - 3 Ringtone volume - Stap 6 tune it to 10

**Note it works but don't forget to type somewhere your old settings.**

    The post above yours???

If you have an SGSI you could use Voodoo Control (with custom kernel (rom)) or pay a couple of quid for Voodoo Control+. Also check out this thread.

It may work on the S2. If you go to SamMobile.com they should have a full list of engineer codes specifically for the S2.

There is also Poweramp and maybe another app or 2 which could do the job for you.

On your keypad *#0011# = modem info including signal strength and data mode.

This is really useful when you are in a low signal strength area. You can key in the code then orientate the phone on a table for example to get the maximum signal strength or wander around a room to find the best spot etc.
I've got a headache and eyestrain ... one day all will be fixed!

SGS I9000 with Darky's ROM 9.5 still until they get call recording on a newer ROM
