Kies

I know this is probably a dumb question but can you connect more than one galaxy s to the same kies on your pc?

I would dearly love to connect just one SGS to Kies on my PC????

Despite being able to when I first got it, for the last month Kies just sits there saying its connecting but going nowhere.

Have sent Samsung at least 3 emails through their support area on their Web site and am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply. Perhaps if someone from Samsung is monitoring this forum they could kick some ass in the Support area and get emails answered.

Make sure

1. You are using the stock home screen

2. Bluetooth is off

3. Setting/USB are set to Kies.

Mine works perfectly when I check these.

Have tried the above plus just about everything else suggested on this forum with no luck.

Just want it fixed once and for all. Getting very sick of this. Perhaps I should have bought an iPhone.

Swipermusic - we have 4 (yes 4) SGS in our house and I have had no problem connecting them to one computer with Kies. I should imagine you'd have to be careful if you were doing a backup/restore for more than one phone - I haven't really tried that yet but for bog standard connection and transferring files it works OK (you just have to let the PC install drivers for each seperate SGS.
