email sync

i have my hotmail account as my default email.

when connected to wifi, i can (usually) sync my email without problems, but when travelling, (not on wifi), i always get 'cannot connect to server' message.

is there a setting to change or one that i have inadvertantly changed so that i can get mail when not on wifi ?

if I were you I would port Hotmail into gmail. Gmail has the ability to manage a number of accounts simultaneously.
