"Cache" clearing

Does anyone know how to delete the internet "cache" so all passwords etc are removed from the phones memory? TIA

This presumes you're using the stock browser:

Launch your browser
Select the "Menu" key (bottom left of phone)
Select "More"
Select "Settings"
Scroll down to "Security settings"
Select "Clear passwords"

Haven't tried it myself but would presume that should work for you.
