    Blurry images in browser

    I've noticed when googling images and u click on it to enlarge them, they come out blurry as though the pixels are rubbish, anyone else notice this..is there a fix

    which browser? I didn't look too hard in default, but for example Opera Mini is compressing images quite a lot, they do not look to good, I think the biggest difference is when you look at Google Maps.

    I'm using the normal Internet installed on the phone. I just notice on a lot of images there just all blurry surprised nothings been done about it

    Bare in mind that when you operate on 3g you provider will do a similar thing to the opera browser and compass the images to minimise network usage. It should not however happen on wifi.

    Yeh its nothing to do with the phone its the mobile provider or the browser that compresses them, opera has a setting for image quality from what i remember

    Please provide the exact image you are referring to as blurry, and I will check if I can get the same results as you did, thanks.

    Images might look blurry when using mobile network. Some carriers will re-compress the images to keep the size small and for faster download. You can try connect with WIFI and should see the different straight away.

    Ahhh thanks guys It looks like its the network settings as I tried on the wifi settings and it works fine.... shame though that it doesn't outside

    I'm with t-mobile uk at the moment, have unlimited net with them, so wouldn't that be a 3g connection?
