Normally, YouTube movies are played in High Quality. If they do not, you get the option to "Play in high quality". And they show beautiful !

Take care that stock Android does not play divX. The codecs for divX, Xvid and so on are added by Samsung ! Very few Android phones can play these files (HTC does NOT)
