Your choice really will be determined by size, do you need the size of the Note, if not get the S4. Go into a shop and try them.

The usual culprit for poor mic performance is fluff. Use a vacuum cleaner on the teeny mic hole at the bottom of the phone and see if that helps.

I have the paid version and I don't use folders so you can have mine. They're in a box in the loft if you want them.
I use Apps Organizer instead as I can use my own icons for each folder.
I also use Nova, before that I used Go Launcher EX.
I'll not recommend one but would suggest you try at least those two.
What method are you using to copy? There are many, many wonderful ways to copy stuff.* The method you are trying may be relevant to your problem.

Your S2 may have a different menu structure, but on my S3 I'd be looking at menu > system settings > language and input > text-to-speech output > speech rate.

I use chrome and have the AdBlock extension already installed. I don't recall getting this on any other site and it's only in the last day or so I've noticed it.
