Just started happening recently. At home, it keeps saying unable to transfer data, and at office the PC doesn't even recognized a device attached to it. Although it is charging.

How do you setup the phone to open straight to camera? I would find that very helpful. So many times I've missed good shots by fumbling with all the steps needed.
