It's a problem with your internet connection I'd say.
Have you made sure that your pc or any other device can access the internet using the same access point?

If they can, I'd do the old 'reboot...

I use extended controls. It gives you an apn control pus loads more. It does cost (pennies) though.
The apn turns the data on and off flawlessly.

My phone shows my contacts' Facebook updates.
I guess if you have other social networking apps linked to your contacts, then it will show these too.

Did you also check the System log aswell as the Application log in event viewer?
I'm not sure what log windows posts these errors into.

I looked up the eventID on the microsoft site.
I don't know if this helps, but it sounds kind of relevant to what you're seeing.

does the windows event log report any errors?
(enter eventvwr in the run dialog box)

in the contacts page, press the menu button then select Display Options.
Make sure all your contacts are selected (facebook, sim etc)
When you try to link to another contact, it should display all...

I assume you have entered the correct password and chosen WEP as the security protocol?
Do you have MAC filtering turned on?
Can you connect other devices to the network ok?

I hope their thorough tests are more thorough than the tests they done with their Kies software!

I have mine and it's great. Easy to apply and strong. Only gripe is that it's very reflective. Millions of dollars of screen reflection-reducing technology defeated by a sticker lol :)
