your video formats should be supported by galaxy s2, as far as i know, it can't play all the video formats, i use foxreal tools to deal with the videos can't be played well, what's the format...
connect the galaxy s2 to computer via usb, the galaxy s 2 will appear on the computer as mobile storage. open "my computer" to find the galaxys 2, then you can delete the file you want.
er...why don't you use hdmi to transfer videos to TV? accroding to my experience, if the galaxys 2 can play, the tv also can by using hdmi function.
