BLN not yet available for the S3 and not required - this thing already has a notification LED with 18 configurable colours in the app...
I had this, just had to swipe it out of the notifications drawer manually and it was gone...
I have, but not done a lot besides restoring apps with Titanium Backup (enough reason to Root the phone right there for me).

It does, but nothing particularly to worry about, Chainfire has already shown a screenshot on Twitter with a reset flash counter - he is releasing an S3 update for his app TriangleAway any day now.
