2. Reboot your Modem
3. Reboot router (if one is connected)
4. Reboot your PC

And then try again there is an update again, once restarted try again it could be a cache...

I think the whole of the UK is downloading and overloading the servers, I would wait until tomorrow dude or try again in the morning. Thankfully I have the next couple of days off. :)
