Well I've not seen a thread that I can remember, but I would imagine you need to flash back to something like JPU and then update to JPY. The reason I say that is because JPY is only an update I think, whereas JPU was a full system firmware.

If you want to remove it then you are going to need to flash back to a stock firmware or a different custom ROM. I'd go for JPY as stock, or maybe DocRambones if you fancy a mod.

Might be worth trying Darky's 7.6 though, some decent updates, and if you grab the _nowipe_ version you just flash it through CWM and it keeps all your shit.
