Had to look up what you meant by NAS (Network Attaached Storage). If the Storage is attaached to a PC then you use some of the follwoing programs:

Kies Air - Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.swift.app.kiesair&feature=nav_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDNd)
MyPhoneExplorer - Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fjsoft.myphoneexplorer.client&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5ma nNvZnQubXlwaG9uZWV4cGxvcmVyLmNsaWVudCJd)
AirDroid - Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sand.airdroid&feature=nav_other#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDYsImNvbS5zYW5kL mFpcmRyb2lkIl0.)

All of the above use wifi and a web browser on your pc.

The methods you mention, Tufftoad, would transfer the music files, but not stream them.
You need an app capable of streaming like:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.audiogalaxy&hl=en

or stream from a cloud storage.

Good call Greenman, I missed the 'stream' word...kind of an important one too :)

Was going to suggest Winamp but I'm taking for granted that you need Winamp on the PC to sync music. Audiogalaxy Music which Greenman linked too looks pretty good, no specific client software needed...will read up.
