I had loaded a whole lot of flash content on my Note. I also have the Flash Player Lite appz.
As of today none of the flash content can be viewed. What could the problem be?
I checked for updates - but none are available.
All help apprciated

Hi Greenman,
Thanks for the reply.
An app called FLASH PLAYER SETTINGS came pre-installed. Didn't have a clue as to what this was or did - and still dont...it just sits there and gawks back at me even after launching it. That connects to the ADOBE web site and probably gossips????
I downloaded an app called FLASH PLAYER LITE from COG SOLUS, this was on the Google Play website....after downloading this app...everythin worked fine
(last four weeks). Today...none of the flash content runs - just a blank screen.
Its important for me that my flash content works - I am a flash designer, and I am carrying my flash portfolio on my NOTE.
So all help is welcome.
Thanks

You need the Adobe Flash Player, that should work fine.

Go into Settings > Applications and select Flash Player and check the version.
Think mine is up to date and version :
Adobe Flash Player 11.1. 115. 11

Wonder if the two Flash apps are conflicting?
I would find your Cog Solus download and uninstall and see if that helps.
If not try a force stop of your Adobe Flash Player and restart.

Hi Greenman, I uninstalled Flash Player Light and also ForceStopped Adobe Flash Player.
NaDa...so I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player also.
Now I cannot install it from Google Play ...it tells me that I already have it installed.
Am going crazy.

Force stopping Adobe Flash Player hasn't un installed it.
Go into Settings > Applications and it should still be there.
You may have to reactivate by going to the Flash settings application and opening in your browser and selecting Local Storage.

As Flash Player works in the background it's difficult to know if it is working so check here:

there seems to be a lot of 'lazy reporting' about... the only thing that is happening, is 'android V4.1(jelly bean) and upwards' will not have flash available...
JB still has only 0.8% of the market, against the 60% of v2.3.x (gingerbread)
http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2012/08/android-4-0-leaps-to-16-percent-install-base-version-4-1-at-0-8-percent/
BUT if you are smart enough, you can download the flash APK (just use google :) ) - of course adobe are saying they cannot support that, so it is up to you
