I know this must be really basic, but can anyone tell me how to increase the length of time the phone rings before the answerphone cuts in please?

I'm pretty sure that is controlled by your provider. When I bought my phone, my provider asked me if I wanted to.increase the length of time I had there. My previous provider had a much longer time before it went to voicemail.
