Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows of an app or other method to allow the navigation to display on my car's flip-out screen? Its a Kenwood KVT 729. Many thanks

You could use the TV out function into the video input of your head unit.
Unless you're talking about something bluetooth or wireless, in which case I have no idea...
Stonkr, many thanks. It also has an Ipod connection cable, is there any way this could also be utilised assuming i have no luck with the TV in? What kind of lead is needed for TV out from teh phone? Do excuse the ignorance:(

Unfortunatly ours SG2 doesnt have a video output in the headphones jack...like HTC or others... I'm try the same connection to see videos on my car head unit, SONY XAV-60, Im at the conclusion that I need the HDTV adapter(connects to the micro usb), a HDMI to Composite S-Video plug / vga analog (RCA is analog signal) converter, an HDMI cable, an RCA (yellow red white) cable!! thats because all the in car AV systems are analog signal yet, no HDMI/HD connection till todays When I try it I'll let you know if it works but dont know if you can visualize apps on av car receiver...isnt a video signal.. not sure

i see your deck has an rca input for a rear camera? if you use this input with adapters from monoprice, you should be able to use a micro usb to hdmi mhl adapter, with a hdmi cable and adapter from hdmi to rca or an hdmi to dvi, then dvi to rca.
edit: just read that the cables, hdmi to rca suck, an rca to hdmi convertor box would be better and will work.
