When I bought my Galaxy S AT&T "Captivate" phone, I successfully linked to my MS Exchange server account at the sales counter, and finished in about three minutes. In setting up a new account, I was given a choice of POP3, IMAP or Exchange. I chose Exchange and the setup was seamless - I couldn't be happier.

When I tried later to set up a personal POP3 account, however, I no longer had POP3 or IMAP as options in creating a new account - just Exchange and Gmail.

Can anyone tell me how to get POP3/IMAP back as options? I waiting on hold on the phone last night for an hour and a half hoping Samsung tech support could solve the problem, but no joy.
