I've just taken delivery of my SGS2.....makes my old HTC Desire feel really antiquated! :p

Whilst I am new to the joys of Samsung and their Android interpretation, I have come across one slightly annoying issue.


When I recieve email from my Yahoo! account, which I've set up in the generic email app, I get a notfication. That's fine. However, when I then delete that email, even with a wait of a few minutes, I get another notifcation saying I have new mail, which clearly I don't!

Is there anything I can do to stop what will become very annoying or is it me being a chimp?
