i tried to add some pictures to some of my contacts today, since there doesnt seem to be a way to actually do it thru the contacts, i had go to into the gallery. i went to the gallery and went to set as, then selected contacts, the thing is, it shows phone contacts, gmail contacts, google contacts, but no sim contacts.. all my numbers are saved on my sim card, wth? is there no way to add picture contacts to people saved in my sim? help is appreciated..

What I have done is when in contacts, press the menu button and hit more. Then SIM management and SIM to phone. Then you have the option to hide your SIM contacts under display options and only view your phone contacts which you can put pictures on. Hope this helped?

You can't seem to add anything to a SIM contact, can only have extra numbers, emails and pictures to phone contacts, assume this is because it would require more memory than a sim has and that they simply can't hold that type of info. Found it quite annoying. Now just use phone only and sim is empty, got a backup of contacts on the pc though

Another 'bug' you'll have to watch out for, one that has pissed me off more than once so far, is that when you have a contact that is linked to different accounts, Myspace and Facebook for example, the Myspace picture takes precedence over the Facebook picture, and both take precedence over a picture chosen by you...

This really pissed me off as i spent about half an hour trying to set up a picture for a contact who was automatically synced with facebook and myspaz, only to find out it couldn't be done with synced contacts as the 'downloaded' picture from FB or MyS actually had priority over any chosen by the user...

very annoying

No phone will allow pictures stored on the SIM. This is not a bug but a limitation of SIM cards.

There must be a way to change priority of the pictures too because I had Twitter as top priority. All I did was unlink twitter for that contact and facebook took over but I'm sure there is a better way

yeah, i'd love to have my personal pictures take priority...

From what i can see, the order seems to be Twitter -> Myspace -> Facebook -> Personal pictures

Surely it would make more sense the other way around...
