Hi, when I unlock my phone it calls out the time, can this be turned off?

How did you turn it on? I'd start there ;)

From Settings choose 'Voice input and output', then 'Text-to-speech settings' and either untick 'Driving mode' or in the option below that untick the 'Unlock screen' (read out information about time... when screen turns on).
