Within the Applications screens the app installed show on the sequence that they are instaled.
Is there a way to organize them by moving between pages?

I think the option maybe under the menu button, then you should be able to drag the apps to were you would like:)

I know if you use a UI like Go Launcher Ex, you can do this but you can't have app spaces left unfilled apart for the last page. Or like me you can put your apps into folders like I do:)

By the way , the same way you create new folders you can create new pages, move the app to this one and in the end delete any emmpty page.

Applications -> Option button at bottom left -> Edit

You can then drag them around like you do on the home screens. (press and hold then drag around / screen to screen)
