is there any way to adjust settings so that you accept or reject call by just pressing the screen and not having to slide it across.also when you call somebody like orange and they ask you to put certain letters of your password in the keypad display only shows numbers no letters. hard to remember where the letters should be. can this be changed?

Oh I like the slide to answer although it did take me missing two calls while I figured it out! XD haha

As for pressing letters on the keypad, sorry I've no idea but would quite like to know myself if anyones got the answer :)

On the main idle screen hit the "Menu" button

Then "Settings"

Then "Call Settings"

Then "All calls"

Then "Answering call"

Then "Answering mode" must be checked

Then also check "Answering Key" and you'll be sorted!
