: Couple of questions

Hey there.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S II phone, and I have a few questions that are bothering me.

I have my phone synced to my Google account. My contact list appears as I entered it, but when I add contacts when sending a message, all of the e-mail addresses I have ever communicated with on my GMail account appear. This makes it really annoying to find the appropriate contact. How can I remove these addresses? I have tried anything I could think of.
Is it possible to prevent the phone from locking the screen automatically? What I want is that the screen doesn't lock when it turns off, but just stops displaying. Then I would like to be able to just hit the home button to be back in action. Unlocking the screen 500 times per day is annoying. I would still want to lock it by hitting the lock key, obviously.
As has been asked many times around different sites, how do I turn off the camera sounds? There is no setting in my camera options and no, camera sounds are NOT illegal here. EVERY other phone has an option to disable this. I have seen solutions that involved editing files, but they required your phone to be rooted and I don't want to do that. Are there any solutions that work without rooting the phone?

Thanks in advance.
Andy

Unfortunately there seems to be no application for what I want. It's not really that I want to change the entire lock screen, I just want to edit it slightly. Typical of Samsung to not provide such a setting.

I have tried to stop syncing everything, but the e-mail addresses still appear. They only appear when I get to the "Add recipient" screen from where there is no way to delete them. I also cannot remove my Google account from the settings because it then says that the phone will have to be reset to factory settings.

I have tried almost everything you can possibly try and nothing is working. These e-mails just WON'T go away and it's really starting to piss me off.

What do you need to do, as there other apps that do stuff about the locking screen. I thought you just wanted to disable it:)

Delete the email adresses from your contacts manualy! ( this will also remove them from your google account )

If there are some you want to keep, Friends etc. dont delete thouse, but link the contact with your friend numbers / facebook / twitter etc.

if there are others you want to keep but don't want to show, put all your contacts into groups and mark your favorites. then when your in contacts just use the favorite list or group list!!!
