Hi, a couple of questions about transferring mp3 files between my s2 and PC

1. via kies air. How does one upload multiple files? To start with there was a box saying to download a java thing to let me do this, but I accidentally dismissed the box and have no idea what to look for.

2. Via USB: My PC recognises that there is something connected, but I can't see how to get into the folders on the phone, or even see anything to allow me to communicate firther with it.

Also, how can one see progress, when transferring files wirelessly through Kies Air

You have to put the phone into usb debugging mode then it will act as mass storage. Go into settings - applications - development and tick usb debugging. Not sure about kies air as I generally use dropbox for transferring little things over the wifi.

you mentioned

I also got this message and I went to java plugin page .....
http://www.java.com/en/download/chrome.jsp?locale=en
message displayed...
Download Java for Windows
Recommended Version 6 Update 26 (filesize: ~ 11 MB)

and downloaded and installed the plugin (closed browser and opened again) and I was then able to upload multiple files.

hope this helps

Thanks very much! Will try with the java update and if that doesn't work, get me that app.
