i have the galaxy s2 which is perfect.
i have some problems though:

when i charge the phone or use some applications, it gets hot. also the battery does not last.

please let me know your comments in order to know if i shall return it or if its how it is.

1st step, try updating your firmware, this seems to be a problem on some firmwares:)
2nd, If that don't work and nobody else has helped I'd return the phone:)

i have bought yesterday galaxy s II.
I got same problems, overheating and the battery doesn`t last for long.
I have extreme overheating when playing Real Football HD for 5 mins.
What were your sypmtops, philippos ??
Note: My FW version is actual.

i returned the phone and they replaced.

now i am waiting for new firmware and android 2.4 :)

dont push it a lot cause on the previous one the screen lost its darkness

he replacent is much better. the firmware is gingerbread.xwke7 and on previous was (if i remeber correctly ke4).

the batter is better (48 hours) and the overheating problems are almost gone.

i have turned off location services and 3g(open it whenever i want) and dont play games with high graphics.

I see....can i ask you, i have buyed the phone only this week on wendesday. Should i wait with replacement a few days, and see what will happen?
How long do you wait with replacement?

I have a problem with overheating when I used the updated Skype with video. It overheats within 5 mins of using it. Does anybody have this problem?
