Hi,
just today I set up uTrack and during the process, also set up a new samsung account.
Almost instantly after, I forgot both (!) PW before I even noted them somewhere safe :-(
I did not get a registration confirmation from Samsung and despite knowing the eMail adress I entered, I'm unable to have a new password sent to me: The site also needs your Name, and I must have made a typo somewhere...
If anybody has any useful advice, Samsung support contact eMail-adresses, phone hotline numbers, whatever, please post them here - I'm somewhat desperate :-/
