hi guys, i want to order payg gs2 from o2, there are 1000's of unlock websites, which one did you use and would you recommend? in terms of speed (receiving unlock code) and price

I got mine unlocked from 02 with mobileunlocked.co.uk. Got code within a few hours and worked a treat. Excellent service!!

Joey is correct. Rooting is awsome. I just did mine with the lightening rom and its AWSOMEEEEEEE....

Do you have shares in this company you keep pushing?

Why pay when you can root phone and then use 1 of 2 apps from the market/play to unlock the phone. I've used these apps a lot and never had any problems with them.

Unlocked mine for a tenner at the local mobile stall..........Most of them will do it for around that price...

A tenner is hardly going to break the bank. In my case it was just easier as I got it done in five minutes while out doing something else.......I'm not interested in rooting or anything so it was a time management decision...:)

How does it work??? Ask the developer that question.
There are TWO apps to unlock the S2 and wrote about the process on the giffgaff forum.

get your phone unlocked thorugh codes. get the codes either from your service provider or from other online providers like Unlocking4U.com (http://www.unlocking4u.com/)

I can unlock through remote usb connection, cheap too :)
