I am unable to play video content off the BBC Website its saying i need the latest version of the Flash Player downloaded Version 10 and still no joy please help

This will not work until Froyo comes out which includes Flash 10.1.

In the meantime a much better solution is the fantastic application myPlayer. This not only allows you to stream programs to your phone but also save both TV and radio show to your SD card for watching offline (on the train to work for example). It's free and absolutely brilliant. It's available in the app store.

i dont see myplayer in the market, i tried every cap, and spacing, is it region locked? im even using the region hack to show every contrys market..oo

i'm in the UK and downloaded it, it's UK based only unfortunately :(
