Hi All

I just got the Galaxy S with my new contract. I downloaded a bunch of apps including the fingerprint screen saver. This morning I had to switch off my phone and now when I switch it back on it goes to a blank screen after it reads my finger print. I tried to re-install the firmware but I cant connectthe phone to the Kies software as im unable to access the main screen. Can anyone help?? Sorry if the information I have supplied is weak or vague but im not very technical minded when it comes to phones.

Have you tried pressing the menu button (bottom left) ? does this give you any options.

I have indeed, it lights up but nothing other than that. Screen remains blank.

Can you get into recovery mode?
