Hey Gaf.

Some people, including many Android experts advise people not to use task killers as they interfere with the way Android manages memory. Basically, Android handles task killing on its own. Task killers are more of a Windows tool, according to them. Some claim that using task killers messes up the system. However, if an app you use is poorly coded, it might not close down properly and in this case everyone seems to agree that a task killer is useful for managing that app. I know forum user soraxd posted a link to a page that explained this in detail, but I'm not at the computer right now, I'm using my phone to post this so I have no idea where that post is.

If you try searching google for "using task killer or not android" I'm sure you will find some similar debates. This is a topic that divides Android users into two groups as nobody seems to have the definitive answer.

You could try uninstalling the task killer and see if that makes a difference, or try some other task killer.
