I can't access my phone when set up as mass storage device. I have installed Kies and all necessary drivers.
I have tried to access it with and without Kies running, but I get the same result.

When I try to access the phone I get the following message "Please insert a disk into drive"
This is the same message you get when trying to access a cd/dvd drive without have a cd/dvd in the drive.
Any solutions?

After selected "Mass Storage", there is one more step. You need to pull down the notification bar from the phone, select USB and then mount the disk

Yeah took me a while when i first got the phone to use the mount option. At first i though it was for the external memory card, as i did not have one didn't think of using the option.
