According to mobile-review.com, the release of the Gingerbread SDK is planned on the next week. I'm so excited! :):)

first things first..samsung can not deliver froyo...so why comming with android 3???

Maybe we'll miss froyo completely and be the first to get gingerbread!!!!! :)

Obviously reading & understanding is not one of you strong points. Google develope the software then release the SDK then 3rd/4th parties release it to userbase. Samsung have delivered froyo, so I don't know where you got that info from? You either get 2.2 via odin or wait for your provider to add its bloatware and install over kies. Not rocket science now is it???

Will the guys from XDA get Gingerbread on the SGS before Froyo is officially out over Kies?

I may just bypass 2.2 and got straight to 3.0 as it'll be years before Samsung get their act together.

Samsung has anounced Gingerbread release for Samsung Galaxy S middle December !!! (2018, though...) NOT!

I guess it doesn't matter if I made it up, or Samsung has announced it, it's all bullsh!t, anyway...
