Im upgrading to the i9000 soon and currently have the i8910.
I requested for a new battery for my I8910, but as im selling it soon im wondering if this battery will work in the Galaxy s?

No, the dimensions are different. The Omnia's are 64.45 x 43.74 x 4.90mm whereas the Galaxy's are 51.50 x 50.70 x 5.60mm.
