Can anyone help on here?

Is there a way of sending videos from my SGS via email /MMS or Share/upload onto Youtube and Facebook.

I can only see that you can send via Bluetooth.

Go to gallery, press the Menu button, select video, press share, and you'll see a lot of options there. Do not play the video, go to gallery or the folder that contains this video.
